    This is some helpful info, thanks. At the moment I’m really focused on getting rock-solid six pack abs. It’s my personal mission these days. Do you have any diet tips if the goal is to get a six pack as fast as possible? I’ve been told that egg whites, oatmeal, salmon, blueberries and broccoli are all important to incorporate into my diet. Anything else I’m not thinking of?

    Eat lots and lots of veggies. They are low in calories and high in nutrients. Stay away from those starchy veggies like potatoes because they will cause you to retain water. Egg whites, chicken, lean beef and salmon are great sources of protein. Drink plenty of water and most importantly, give your body plenty of time to rest.
