Kenny Johnson

029 Author: Born and raised in sunny Los Angeles, CA, he competed in basketball and football.  His enthusiasm for these sports is the cornerstone to his intrepid journey to health and fitness.  Kenneth is a graduate of Morehouse College with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology.  Post graduation, Kenneth worked in many careers sports related, but fitness and sports performance always remained a focus.  A certified personal trainer and strength and conditioning specialist, Kenny has worked with a multitude of athletes as well as the general population.  Some of his clients included Mike Cameron (3X Golden Glove winner), NBA point guard Jamaal Tinsley, NBA small forward Marquis Daniels; and NABF top 20 135lb professional boxer Tyrese Hendrix.  Kenny would like to share his knowledge with the rest of the world as an author for Customized Workout Plans.

031Alex is a Personal Trainer at Equinox Fitness Club in West Hollywood. He graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and plans to pursue his Master’s Degree in Strength and Conditioning in 2010. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist who specifies in athletic strength and power development.

Jason Pease

Jason went to college and graduated with a degree in Kinesiology from Long Beach State, and received his C.S.C.S certification.  He was a trainer for 3 years and helped over 200 clients achieve life changing results. Jason then wanted to help on a larger level; so he accepted the Fitness Manager position for Equinox.  This position gave him the chance to train the trainers.  To help enhance their education and ensure every client achieves their maximal results in the most safe and effective way.  Currently, Jason oversees 50 trainers and 400 active training clients.  As an author for Customized Workout Plans, Jason would like to educate you the same way he educates his staff and clients.
