A simple recipe with some simple ingredients. Like Reese Peanut Butter Cups, who doesn’t. These shakes are just what your looking for you.

Looking to gain some weight? Try this recipe
1) 8 oz skim milk
2) Chocolate Shakeology
3) 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
4) 1 scoop chocolate ice cream
5) 6 ice cubes
Blend on high speed for 30 seconds.
600 calories, 37 g of protein, 57 g of carbs, 27 g of fat

1) 8 oz of water
2) Chocolate Shakeology
3) 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
4) 1 scoop of lite chocolate ice cream
5) 6 ice cubes
Blend on high speed for 30 seconds.
340 calories, 24 g of protein, 37 g of carbs, 12 g of fat

Have you ever considered adding additional videos to your site to keep the viewers more involved?
