This workout incorporates three highly efficient circuits. Limit those rest times and keep that heart rate elevated. You should not rest between each exercise. At the end of each circuit, rest for 1 minute. Perform each curcuit for a total of three times.

Circuit 1
Flat Barbell Bench Press 15 reps x 3 sets
Dumbbell Bent Over Rows (underhand grip) 15 reps x 3 sets
Just yesterday all the details were finalized. Many would consider this event “a match-up for the ages”. Two trainers took the plunge and challenged each other to a 45 day body fat reduction challenge. However the contenders share very different body types. Joey, who is rather lean, would have a distinct disadvantage from Kenny, large and muscular. To even the playing field, we have decided to use, the percentage, of total body fat percentage as the determining factor. On Wednesday, December 16, a 7 site skinfold test was used to measure body fat. These measurement sites include: chest, subscapula, axilla, tricep, suprailliac, abdomen, and thigh.
